They have done away with complimentary breakfast (which my coworker would not stop complaining about for our week long stay), the attached restaurants are over priced. When maintenance arrived they pulled 3 hair extensions worth of hair out of the drain. Next my coworker discovered that our shower would not drain. Despite it being made months ahead of time. Our stay started with the front desk being unable to locate our reservation. It is clear there has been a recent management change for the worse. Unhealthy conditions and clown shoes service.
